We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from billyfootwear.eu you can return your item(s) for a refund. The refund window is 14 days from the date your order was fulfilled, i.e. the date your order shipped. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Product not returned in the original packaging or original condition may not qualify for a refund. Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or an exchange given they were sold at clearance pricing.
If you use the shoe box for the return and stick it with adhesive tape and do not ensure that it is returned to us in the same way as we have provided it to you, we will not proceed with the payment. Always pack the return box. Or if you do not place the shoes back correctly back in the box with the paper protection and paper in the shoes. We wil not proceed with your return.
It says free returns, but because we deliver in several countries we have to determine the costs afterwards and the return costs are at your own expense.
When you return from outside of our dispatch center in The Netherlands, Then we are forced to charge shipping and return costs when you send a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perisible goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sales or final sale products are not eligible for returns or an exchange given they were sold at clearance pricing
Unfortunately, items on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.
Swap
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have to return and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted. Exchange is therefore not possible
Legal cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU
Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Repayment
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified of this and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
